I work directly in the platforms your practice already uses — including Jane App, Owl Practice, Honeybook, Kajabi, Keap, Wix, and Squarespace. That means forms, intake workflows, email automations, and templates get built inside your existing software, not handed to you in a PDF to figure out on your own.

When a project calls for other specialists — a web designer, a videographer, an SEO strategist — I work with them directly to bring the vision to life. You don't need to manage the back-and-forth or translate between vendors. That's part of what I hold.

To keep the work focused and the results sharp, there are a few things that fall outside these projects: direct team training or oversight, clinical content decisions (that's always yours), hiring or HR management, ongoing retainer or VA support, advanced SEO and LLM, and custom web development outside of Wix or Squarespace.
