These packages are designed for allied health practitioners at different stages — whether you're setting up a solo practice properly for the first time, or rebuilding the operational foundation of a clinic that's outgrown what it started with.

You bring the clinical expertise — I build the structure, systems, and delivery around it.

So the program isn’t just an idea — it’s something your team can run, your clients can move through clearly, and your practice can support consistently.

So your clients understand what you do, your team communicates it consistently, and your messaging stays within your regulatory requirements.​

Depending on where your site is, I can work with what you have — reskinning and restructuring your existing Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress site — or bring in a web designer for a fuller build. Either way, the copy, structure, and design move forward together.

Full Practice Build

The whole picture — vision to infrastructure.

 

This is for clinic owners whose practice has outgrown the foundation it was built on. Not one thing that needs fixing — but the whole system underneath: how you communicate, how programs run, how your team operates, how new clients move through the practice from first contact to ongoing care.

Over 10–16 weeks, we build it together as one cohesive system — brand, messaging, programs, operational infrastructure, and the documentation and training your team needs to run it. Nothing gets handed off in a strategy doc. It gets built, implemented, and tested inside your actual practice.

So when we're done, you're not holding everything together in your head anymore. Your team has what they need, your systems run consistently, and the practice can keep moving without depending on you for everything.

The operational foundation your practice needs — set up properly.

You're carrying the clinical work and the operational side at the same time, usually without much infrastructure underneath either. This package builds the systems, workflows, and messaging your practice needs to run clearly — so the operational side stops taking more from you than it should.

This isn't ongoing admin support. It's a defined build with a clear scope and deliverable.

HOW THE WORK GETS DONE

I work directly in the platforms your practice already uses — including Jane App, Owl Practice, Honeybook, Kajabi, Keap, Wix, and Squarespace. That means forms, intake workflows, email automations, and templates get built inside your existing software — ready to use when we're done.

When a project calls for other specialists — a web designer, a videographer, an SEO strategist — I work with them directly to bring the vision to life. You don't need to manage the back-and-forth or translate between vendors. That's part of what I hold.

What's included in this work — and what falls outside

To keep the work focused and the results sharp, there are a few things that fall outside these projects: direct team training or oversight, clinical content decisions (that's always yours), hiring or HR management, ongoing retainer or VA support, advanced SEO and LLM, and custom web development outside of Wix or Squarespace.

What this looks like in practice.

A recent five-month project with an allied health practice owner included: website messaging strategy, clinical program development and materials, admin SOPs, team training documents, intake workflows, email automations, a video sales letter, and a full pre- and post-launch plan.
