We offer two distinct but complementary service areas:

• Virtual Assistant (VA) Services: Including administrative support, content creation, systems setup, and client communication for small businesses and mental health practitioners.

• Yoga Therapy Services: Delivered by a certified C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, supporting individuals with stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation through trauma-informed, personalized sessions.

These services are provided under separate agreements and scopes of practice. Yoga therapy is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.
